Booking Acceptance

This quotation and its acceptance by you are subject to our Terms and Conditions. We would particularly draw your attention to Clause 4 and Clauses 9 to 12 which refer to our liability to you in the event of loss or damage. If you are unable to access our terms and conditions, please contact us prior to accepting our quotation and we will send a copy directly.

The price(s) we have quoted includes Standard Liability for loss of or damage to your goods whilst they are in our custody and control, subject to you providing us with a declaration of the value of your goods and subject to Clauses 9.1 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions. We would draw your attention to the items for which we will not accept liability, and to the exclusions which apply to our liability.

This quotation includes liability to a maximum value of £25,000.00 as set out in Clause 9.1.1. If you would like us to accept liability for an amount over £25,000.00 our price(s) will be increased (as separately advised to you) to reflect the higher level of liability.

If you do not give us a value, then our Limited Liability will apply in accordance with Clauses 9.2 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

Our liability is a contractual agreement between you and us.

Key Waiting Charges

We would usually expect keys to the new property to be available by 1.00 o'clock. We offer an hours free waiting time and from 2.00 pm our charges are £25.00 plus vat per hour, per member of staff present from that time whilst we are available to unload but are waiting for keys.

COVID-19

Liability Waiver

I understand that by allowing L&P Removals to undertake removals work, I am wavering all liabilities if I was to contract COVID-19, and accept that L&P Removals and it's staff cannot be held libel if I, or anyone entering our properties is diagnosed with or develop symptoms of COVID-19.

COVID Exposure Notification

I understand that L&P removals have a duty of care to it's staff and it's co-contractors, therefore WE WILL notify you of any symptoms should I, or anyone from my household be diagnosed with or develop symptoms of COVID-19.

No bookings will be made until confirmation information is received.

We are not insured to dismantle anything and any Televisions or Mirrors must be packed correctly as we will not be liable for any damaged caused to them.
